On Saturday, a group of FHS Players theater students and members from the community theater group, Footlight Theatre (a group which included 4 FHS Players Alumni), traveled to Boston to the Emerson Colonial Theater to see the musical SIX! SIX is a new musical based on the lives and stories of the six wives of Henry VIII. Each and every student represented our school and community as polite, respectful and cultured young men and women. This is part of the FHS Players goal to experience and view live theater as much as possible throughout this school year. In November, as well as performing their own musical, they traveled to the Palace Theater in Manchester to see Grease. In January, they will travel to The Flying Monkey in Plymouth to see Guys and Dolls. In April, they plan to return to the Palace to see Rent and in May, they are back in Boston to see Beetlejuice at the Boston Opera House. Still looking for options to fill in February!!
