WEEK OF 4/15/24:

The Al's Village Pizza and FHS Athletes Of The Week are Senior ASHTON TURNER of the baseball team, Sophomore MADDIE DOHERTY of the softball team and GEORGE SARKIS of the track & field team.   Coach Kyle Kaplan said that Ashton gave the team two solid outings on the mound in a three game week.  Coach Maddie Trefethen said that Maddie had 5 hits in a three game week and also had 6 putouts from her shortstop position against Portsmouth Christian Academy.  George has shown huge improvements in the 100 and 200 meter dashes and he runs the second leg of the 4 by 100 relay team.  George ran well at the Kearsarge and Winnisquam meets last week and works hard every day in practice.
