We will be working in consultation with Public Health over the next several days to determine what next steps we will need to take regarding our 4 positive cases today at the high school.
I will update you as soon as I have more information.

Dear Franklin Families,
I am reaching out to inform you that we have had 3 positive cases of Covid-19 reported today at Franklin High School, 2 students and 1 staff member. Out of an abundance of caution, we will be going fully remote at the high school tomorrow.
All after school and weekend activities involving high school students are canceled. I will reach out to you on Monday afternoon to let you know our status for Tuesday.
Sincerely,

Dear Franklin Middle School Families
At their March 15 monthly Board Meeting, the Franklin School Board gave school administrators permission to devise a plan to allow those families, who so choose, to have their child(ren) attend school 4 days a week according to the current schedule.
Mondays will still be fully remote and the option for your child(ren) to attend fully remote will still be available.
The first step in this process is to get a commitment from families for 4-day or fully remote attendance. The plan, if approved, is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 4, the first in-person day after the Spring Vacation. We will also be looking for confirmation whether 4-day students will need bus transportation.
Here is the link to a survey. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdcwouq7jzE60OaqSYMPPiShYT2NRr4HFNIM0YgWL2wu0NKQA/viewform?gxids=7628
Please fill it out as soon as possible. We will keep you all informed as plans move forward.
As always, if you have questions about this or any other issue
please contact us.
Thanks for a great year so far!
Mr. D and Mr. Trafton
