Someone from Plymouth State University here to help students learn what colleges look for in their college essays, get one on one support to discuss essay topic choices, and review essays that have been drafted. This will be held in the library on Wednesday, October 20th from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Student trainings are now available! NHHEAF created two presentations (prerecorded) to support students in navigating the college essay and the Common App. We have shared these resources with you to help you prepare for your I Applied day. The more you can have ready for review when they sit down for your appointment, the better! Good Afternoon Franklin Families, I have 2 positive cases to report today at the middle school (1 student (Pemi-Middle wing) and 1 staff member). The staff member is not associated with the wings. After consultation with DHHS and upon their recommendation, we are going to mask up the entire middle school starting on Monday at 6ft. distancing. This means that students and staff will be masked indoors at all times except when consuming meals or when 6ft. distancing can be maintained. Outdoor mask breaks will be provided throughout the day. Masking will continue through at least October 27th. Please help us in these efforts by monitoring your child for symptoms and keeping them home if they are sick. I hope you have a safe and healthy weekend. Sincerely, Dan LeGallo SAU 18 Superintendent dlegallo@gm.sau18.org
