In honor of Veteran's day and honoring many veterans in our community, students in Mrs. Chou's high school english class wanted to celebrate their favorite veteran- Franklin High School's own Larry Beattie. The students honored him with a hand made card that they all signed and a red poppy that they had created after researching the meaning of the poppy and military remembrance. Larry is very appreciated by many students and staff and we celebrate his generosity, his kindness and his service.
