Red Ribbon Week

Red Ribbon Week

Here is a message from Mrs. Filiault:

Good afternoon FMS,

This week, October 27-30, the middle school will be celebrating the drug abuse prevention campaign, Red Ribbon Week.

Due to Covid, things will be a little different this year:

We will continue to have the banner for students to sign. This year Mr. Bryant and I will set up in each wing during lunch period and will have classes come out one at a time to sign. We will have black permanent markers that will be sanitized in between use. Students will receive a pouch with earbuds if they choose to sign the banner.

We also have red masks for all of the staff!

Because of the two cohorts, dress up days will be Tuesday and Thursday - wear red, and Wednesday and Friday - dress up for Halloween. Please remember expectations for costumes; (no masks, no make-up, no weapons, no blood.) We would love it if staff would participate too and the red ribbon week mask is perfect for wear red day!

Please email me with any questions or concerns. Thank you!
